The official Objectified poster!

Michael C. Place and his studiomates at Build have come up with an awesome poster design for Objectified, featuring drawings of dozens of objects from designers in the film and more. Our favorite part of the poster is the bottom row of images, which are the objects we used to actually make the film (genius idea, Michael!).

Looks like we’ll have to be patrolling the walls at South by Southwest again this time. 27″ x 39″, metallic silver and black, lithograph. We’ll be adding them to the shop soon.

Very cool! Took me a second to notice the "Objectified" text among the objects. Very subtle. Can't wait to see the film!

Nice.

Can't say I'm impressed... I like the idea of using the drawings of objects, but the typography and placement is seriously lacking.

I'm especially bothered by the cast and crew listing under "Objectified" title, looks like somebody was in a hurry to just get it finished.

(Especially when I compare this to the two well-executed Helvetica posters.)

So COOL!
It's an exciting poster, if larger more.
So that it can be printed or be saw clear.
Yes! Waiting for the "Objectified" and... a larger poster...
=)

Oh I really liked it. I can't ignore the familiar layout of the official poster of Helvetica Film, I can't recall is it done by the same designer?

Congratulations I just can't wait to watch the actual film.

Oh! I just get it!
There is a "objectified" spelled out in the pictograms! Nice touch!

I can't wait to see the film... only problem is, that I live in Finland. Will there be some way to see it here? :(

I think it's cool...but it's been done. I like it, but I wouldn't say it's groundbreaking (see: Helvetica the movie)

geez... debbie downers.....

the poster is rad and awesomely reminiscent of the 1970s swiss modernist format ...good job on the illustrations whoever did them over at Build.

Gary is an great dude who directed an interesting/engaging movie about... a typeface...who does that? Gary does. And he's doing it again.

And Luc? These 'cheap consumer goods' are legendary and revolutionary items in the industrial design field; not to mention the world. The stories about how these benchmarks came to be and the designers that got them there are epic.

just go see the movie. it will be good.

I've ordered the poster and can't wait for the movie. On DVD I suspect as it will be quite a feat for it to be screened in little old Luxembourg. BTW, when can we expect the posters to start shipping? :) Thanks.
