Exactly right.... I am almost a graduated product designer.. but we have a saying... "the customer needs upbringing" ..which means as much as... ; they don't know what's right for them ...

Hi Gary, long time no see!
Looks great, I'll be checking it out with some folks--- congrats.
And yes, we designers all learn early on that it is our job to help a client understand what he or she actually needs/wants. They don't always think they need that help! ;)
